Dane McDougal has purchased land to build a luxury fishing lodge at a remote beachside location on the Gulf of Carpentaria. Reclusive potter and single mother, Nicole Curtis, has a three year lease with the former owner. Dane was unaware that the house had a tenant, and he expects her to move out.
